GromFit Program
GromFit is a youth focused training program designed to help kids and teenagers build strong physical foundations, confidence and athletic ability in a safe and supportive environment.
The program focuses on developing strength, coordination, speed and movement quality through structured, age-appropriate training. It’s ideal for kids involved in team sports who want to improve performance, resilience and overall athletic development.
GromFit is also designed with flexibility in mind. For younger participants — particularly Under 12’s — programs can be delivered in a way that allows parents to run sessions with their kids at home, whether that’s in the backyard, garage or a home training space.
