About Me
For 22 years I have been helping people transform their health and fitness online and in person based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Fitness has always been a passion in my life — whether I’m in the gym, staying active outdoors, or carving through the water or snow whenever I get the chance. I have won national medals for sprinting, competed in Triathlons and love running.
These days, I specialise in coaching busy mums and dads who want to feel strong again, lose body fat, rebuild confidence, and get back in control of their health. My approach is simple and sustainable: structured training, realistic nutrition, and coaching that fits around real life — not the other way around.
With over two decades of experience working with clients aged 12 to 80, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to support people at every stage of life. My mission is to help you improve your vitality, strength, and longevity — and to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take charge of your health and your life.
If you’re ready to feel better, move better, and live better, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Who I Train
Over the years I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, all with different goals, lifestyles and starting points.
I coach busy mums and dads looking to regain strength, energy and confidence around family and work commitments. I also work with business owners and professionals who want structured training that fits into demanding schedules.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with high-level athletes, including professional surfers such as Tom Carroll, Bruce Raymond, Simon Anderson and Kelly Slater has even trained a couple of times with Tom. I have helped them by providing strength, conditioning and injury-aware training to support performance. I have trained Pro soccer player Harry Vandersaag, Pro Golfer Darren Beck. I have trained a number of Ceos and Business owners who would be in the top 10% of successful companies in Australia.
Whether someone is new to training or has been active their whole life, my coaching is always tailored to where they’re at and what they’re working toward.

What type of clients does Jason usually work with?
These days I mainly work with busy mums and dads who want to build strength, lose body fat and feel more capable again around work and family life. I also coach business owners, young athletes and high-level performers who want structured, long-term training support.
What’s Jason's coaching philosophy?
My philosophy is built around sustainability. Training should support your life, not compete with it. I focus on structured programs, realistic nutrition guidance and building habits that people can maintain long term — not quick fixes.
Do you have experience working with injuries?
Yes — many of the people I coach come in with old injuries, aches or concerns about training safely. My programs are built to work around injuries, focusing on movement quality, strength progression and long-term joint health rather than pushing through pain.
